which are published in this sales catalogue and govern all purchases
that I make at this auction. ABSENTEE BIDS: You may make arrangements with Charlton Hall Galleries, Inc. to Absentee Bid, if you are unable to attend the sale. You may complete this form to leave bids, and we will bid on your behalf. The amount is the top dollar amount for each individual lot not including a 15% buyer’s premium. By placing this Absentee Bid, prospective purchasers consent and agree to the Conditions of Sale. Absentee bidding is a convenience offered to Charlton Hall Galleries customers and while we make every effort to execute your instructions regarding your Absentee Bid, Charlton Hall Galleries is not liable or responsible for any errors of failure to execute such instructions. PROCEDURES FOR ABSENTEE BIDDING: We require all Absentee Bid customers to provide Charlton Hall Galleries, Inc. with a bank reference letter along with your bid form. Charlton Hall Galleries will make every effort to bid on your behalf. If in the instance there are two bids at the same top dollar amount, the bid received first will take precedence. Bidding during a Charlton Hall Galleries auction may occur very rapidly; therefore, a bid which is received during the auction will be executed at the discretion of the auctioneer, and if we are able to process the bid, we will place it for you. We will only contact you after the sale if you are the successful bidder. PAYMENT: Unless you are a pre-approved customer of Charlton Hall Galleries, you must provide a bank reference in advance of the sale or you must wait until payment clears our bank to pick up or ship your items.
