Austrian silver-gilt enamel, and rock crystal horn, attrib. Herman Bohm Vienna, circa 1880, finely carved rock crystal scroll design, contained by ornate enameled silver-mounted horn depicting hunt scenes terminating in sea monster; the whole supported by griffin on oval base, underside with old museum inventory number M.82.204.8, no other marks found; H13" L14" W3"

Condition statement: some loss to enamels; inherent imperfects to crystal (no cracks). Good condition wear consistent with age.
