Zuber 'Les Vues Du Bresil' wallpaper panels late 19th/early 20th century, thirteen mounted panels, H74 1/2" W20", total length 260" and D3/4" (13pcs)

Provenance: The Ireland collection of William J. O'Neil and Joseph T. O'Conner

Other Notes: Introduced in 1829, these panoramic panels, 'The Views of Brazil' is one the most complex designs they created. Incorporating 1693 woodblock printed a la planche is one of Zuber's most complex productions, and are still produced today.

Condition statement: mounted to wood panels. scuffs, losses, repairs, stains and retouching.
