CONTRACT: These Conditions of Sale shall bind the successors and assigns of all bidders and purchasers and inure to the benefit of our successors and assigns. No waiver, amendment, nor modification of the terms hereof (other than posted notices or oral announcements during the sale) shall bind us unless specifically stated in writing and signed by us. If any part of these Conditions of Sale is for any reason invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid and enforceable.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: REGISTRATION FOR BIDDING. All prospective bidders must have an active Charlton Hall Account in good standing, sign Registration Form, and provide government issued photo ID for each sale.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A premium of 23% of the successful bid price will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price of each lot.

TAXES: Your bid does not include South Carolina sales tax. Local 7% Sales Tax applies to all purchases. SC State Sales Exception Form (ST-8A) along with copy of your resale certificate may be at the time of registration, in advance of each sale. Otherwise SC state sales tax may avoided by claiming taxable purchases in your home state.
