CONTRACT: These Conditions of Sale shall bind the successors and assigns of all bidders and purchasers and inure to the benefit of our successors and assigns. No waiver, amendment, nor modification of the terms hereof (other than posted notices or oral announcements during the sale) shall bind us unless specifically stated in writing and signed by us. If any part of these Conditions of Sale is for any reason invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid and enforceable.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: REGISTRATION FOR BIDDING. All prospective bidders must have an active Charlton Hall Account in good standing, sign Registration Form, and provide government issued photo ID for each sale.
*If you would like to establish an account with our firm, please complete Account Setup Form and provide government issued photo ID.
*At the discretion of Charlton Hall Galleries, Inc., prospective bidders may be required to provide a deposit against bids.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A premium of 25% of the successful bid price will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price of each lot.

TAXES: Your bid does not include South Carolina sales tax. Local 7% Sales Tax applies to all items pick up in person for clients without Resale License. Otherwise SC state sales tax may avoided by having items shipped out of state by ICC courier, or by completing SC State Sales Exception Form (ST-8A) along with copy of your resale certificate.
