American walnut cased jeweler's wall regulator circa 1870
molded broken arch top with center finial above case with long glazed door housing a weight driven, pinwheel escapement movement and gridiron lyre pendulum.

Provenance: Property from a North Carolina estate.

    Condition:
  • Bottom wall return is missing, dents to bezel and minor dents to pendulum. Case trim piece missing off bottom and one side glass panel is broken. Complete with weight and key, and clock is running in the gallery however, we do not guarantee timepieces to be operational after they leave the gallery.
