Chinese Export famille rose dish circa 1755 octagonal lobed form with polychrome floral sprays centering inner border of gilt scrolling design crested with peonies and peaches hanging in center above pair deer in landscape, Dia.8 7/8", (Good condition consistent with age); together with Chinese teapot with lid, painted with polychrome and gilt floral decoration, with rattan handle, H5", (Repaired, loss to spout, wear to gilding) *Reference: Similar border and form found in David Howard, CHINESE ARMORIAL PORCELAIN, VOl.
