Condition:

UV light shows a repaired L-shaped section 6" by 5" on the left near the trunk of the tree. There is also evidence of old restoration in the center of the sky. Overpainting visible to the naked eye (but not under UV) to the top right portion of painting. The piece was relined a while ago.
Frame is antique of a later date and is in good condition with natural age cracks and rubbing to high spots.
