a figural finial over a paneled rectangular cover; over a conforming body with divided panels decorated with trophies, coat-of-arms with motto: FEAR GOD HONOUR THE KING, and with inscription: PRESENTED TO ALDERMAN WILLIAM J. WILLIAMS, JP, ON HIS BEING ADMITTED AN HONORARY FREEMAN OF THE BOROUGH OF WREXHAM, 10TH JUNE 1931. All marked sterling including bolts and screws hallmarked.
