Description:

English white porcelain libation cups, attributed to Bow circa 1750, chinoiserie molded blanc-de-chine flared vessels.
H2 3/4" L6 1/4" W5" (3pcs)

Provenance: Estate of the late Francis D. "Skeeter" McNairy, Savannah, Georgia.

Other Notes: Accompanied by Mr. McNairy's handwritten note stating:
Mr. Chris Brown, president of the Caughley Society took photos of the Libation cup to show Geoffrey Godden, whom he will see in 12 days back in England.
He said the larger tree is 'vintage' Bow or 'classic' Bow. He said the pad marks on the bottom rim limit it to just a few factories. From the shard, he said it is soft paste porcelain.

    Condition:
  • One in very good original condition. Two are repaired, glued back together from several pieces.
