Fine Colonial Charleston inlaid mahogany linen press South Carolina, circa 1770-80, cornice with broken swan-neck pediment and carved frieze above pair of paneled doors enclosing six sliding shelves; on lower base with two deep drawers on bracket feet; cypress and yellow pine secondary woods.

  • Old repairs to broken arch crown; chip on front edge; shelfboard appears to be replaced; replaced glue blocks; shrinkage cracks on doors; old repair to veneer on doors and drawers; other old repairs to feet, to back left edge; shrinkage crack repaired on bottom portion of left side; right with shrinkage crack repair and also to back edge on right side.
