hot milk pitcher in squat form flanked by carved ebony handle, in stand with burner, the body with let-in arms; underside twice struck with Boulton's sunburst punch.

Provenance: Bluffton, South Carolina collection.

    Condition:
  • Pot: with small dents throughout and wear to let in arms, also some bleeding on base metal.
    Stand: with two repaired top joints to leg.
    Overall appears to be in good condition appears to have been re-plated at some time.
