Provenance: Estate of the late Francis D. "Skeeter" McNairy, Savannah, Georgia.

    Condition:
  • Canvas has been relined; Y-shaped tear in upper right quadrant extending from right edge of ruins to edge of painting; three spots in upper left quadrant which appear to be repaired punctures with overpainting; small repainted section along upper left edge; these repairs are visible to the naked eye but less visible under blacklight which is evidence of old restoration work.
