*Note: Francois Reuse or Reuze was the son of cabinetmaker Pierre Reuze who died in 1764. Francois Reuze became a master cabinetmaker in July, 1743. He opened a business on Clery Street and operated it until his death in March, 1799. Reuze made furnishings for Marie Antoinette and also received orders from the Swedish court.
