Massive pair French porcelain covered urns late 19th century
gilt-metal cornucopia-form finial supported on domed covered and balustrade form adorned with painted vignettes of romantic court scenes on floral ground, embellished with ormolu mounts and flanked by maiden's-mask handles; covers inscribed: offert par le duc d'aiguillon a la majeste Marie-Antoinette Reine de France.
