Pair English brass and glass argand lamps seconf quarter 19th century, circa 1830-40
ornately decorated vasiform on pedestal forming fuel reservoir, supporting arm supporting frosted glass shade and prisms ending in burner; electrified.

    Condition:
  • Each socket support mounted with small brass plaquette reading:
    Messenger & Son 20 Greville St London & Birmingham. They both have prisms with small nicks and chips, and have been converted to electric lamps.
