Patrick of Liverpool 10-bore flintlock half-stock fowling piece circa 1780, NVSN; water proof pan, inscribed in 18 karat gold "PATRICK MAKER TO HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE DUKE OF GLOUCESTER LIVERPOOL" on top breech, engraved lockplate, ornate steel triggerguard, upper tang, oil finished English walnut half-stock with steel buttplate and matching brass-tipped ramrod, tapered round barrel.
