Rare George III tea caddy circa 1790 a paneled dome top with silver finial and oval paneled body; all in tortoise veneer divided by ivory line inlay, with oval silver monogram plate, escutcheon, and lower banding; resting on four small ivory ball feet; interior with divided covered compartment with tortoise veneer and ivory knobs (Good condition, silver mounting probably sterling, though not marked; repair to veneer at back hinge and small nicks).
