ornate mahogany and ormolu-decorated case in "keyhole" shape, with faces, foliate scrolls and rococo designs, housing 8-day time and strike, weight-driven movement behind engraved brass dial with porcelain numerals and large sunburst pendulum; serial no. on movement 1,026,092.

Break in one side glass, wear to some gilded surfaces; good overall condition with minor imperfections consistent with age. Original movement is built up on blocking; however, there are no extra holes in backboard. Movement is complete and in need of cleaning; weights replaced. One small piece of metal trim is broken off, but is with clock. Key is not original.
