Description:

Seven Coalport porcelain cups and saucers circa 1813 each painted with oval cartouche depicting animals in nature on a cobalt and fanciful gilt decorated body on both cups and saucers with each piece titled, fourteen pieces; The Cur Fox, The Spotted Cavy, The Guinea-Pig or Restless Cavy, The Foxhound, The Quebec Marmot, The Rabbit, and The Old English Hound. (All in good condition, with some crazing to interiors). *Note: Accompanied by Norman Adams Ltd invoice, London 14th, September 1956.; state that they are Chamberlain's Worcester. *Reference: Messenger, Michael.
