Unusual Japanese Satsuma earthenware vase circa 1890 bottle form with flared mouth, red ground with gilt nautilus pattern at top, a red and black dragon in relief encircling neck, landscape with rocks and houses above, multiple figures below; two central figures with scroll and another dragon; richly detailed in black, red and gilt; signed. (Rim chip restored; dragon in relief possibly missing miniature teeth; wear to lower rim.) H 9in *Provenance: Bearing the Harrod's label.
