THE SWORD IS DRAWN - THE NAVY UPHOLDS IT!: Discoloration to paper. Top edge has tear extending from center L2" into paper. Two small chips to paper in crook of figure''s right arm. Right side has two chips to paper edge. Lower right corner missing, and all corners with tack marks. Backed with white protective support.
