Fine pair Chinese Export armorial plates circa 1810
round form with scenic background depicting extensive landscape with exotic birds and flowers centering arms of WIGHT(or) BRADLEY with motto: FORTUNA VECTEM SEQUITOR.

Provenance: Purchased from Alfred Peter Rochelle-Thomas, Palm Beach, Florida in the 1970s.
Property from an Ohio private collection.

    Condition:
  • One plate with two minor hairlines to rim; other with one small hairline to rim. Both with excellent coloration; armorials with light rubbing.
