Other Notes: Thomas Fogarty was an illustrator known for his pen and ink works. His work was featured in David Grayson's books and Joshua Slocum's SAILING ALONE AROUND THE WORLD. He was a teacher at the Art Students' League and taught Walter Biggs, McClelland Barclay and Norman Rockwell.
